To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team first. We will guide you through the return process accordingly.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. All shipments are sent via air delivery to ensure timely transit.

To help avoid delivery delays, please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate, including your full address, postal code, and a valid contact phone number.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be uploaded to your order page. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the real-time status and delivery progress of your package. Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination and local logistics.

MADWITCH offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.
